In Short
Housed in a 100-year-old Victorian mansion, Hearthstone has a classic mountain town atmosphere. The warm and inviting dining room features velvet-draped windows and cozy seating. Game and fish dishes include a venison carpaccio appetizer and a grilled ahi tuna entree with a wasabi beurre blanc. House specialties range from slow-roasted prime rib with lump blue crab to beef tenderloin crusted in cracked black pepper, drizzled with a brandy dijon cream sauce.
