In Short
The open dining room and lounge feature minimalist Southwestern décor. Rustic pueblo stone walls and exposed wooden beams are lit by small lamps and skylights. After more than 30 years chef Jim Smailer has kept the menu up-to-date without being faddish and still buys many of his ingredients from local farmers. The popular steamed artichoke appetizer and the teriyaki sirloin have been on the menu since the restaurant opened.
