In Short
This family-owned restaurant and cantina is appropriately funky for the CU crowd and appeals to health-conscious Boulderites. Huge nachos offer a true mountain of corn tortilla chips topped with beans, cheese, lettuce, jalapenos, guacamole and sour cream. There's also the camarones en salsa rojo, featuring a dozen tender shrimp in a spicy red salsa, served over a bed of red rice.
