In Short
Born and raised in small-town Spain, owner and chef Titro Mere revives family cuisine and culture at this melange of all things Spanish. Classical artwork and ornate chandeliers line the sumptuous interiors, while the garden patio encircles a large waterfall/fire pit centerpiece. Tapas specialties include salmon ''lollipops,'' with balsamic lacquered-figs, and seared sea scallops in a guava vinaigrette. Bigger plates fare like wood-fired pork leg with ancho chilies and six different paellas are also available.
