In Short
Exposed pipes and other industrial decor complement the eclectic menu. Traditional Chinese ingredients are enhanced by French and Californian touches: Fried wontons come stuffed with Montrachet goat cheese and drizzled with vodka-raspberry coulis. Sze Chaun Sizzling Hot Sisters, a take on sweet and sour, has chunks of lobster and prawns in gingery mushroom sauce. Another standby, kung pao chicken, is lightened up with stir-fry vegetables. The house-specialty whole catfish comes in mildly spicy tomato-ginger citrus sauce.
