The Food
The pristine waitstaff tutors you through the fondue experience. Diners are led step by step through the menu choices: filet mignon, Chinoise Gruyere and chicken Japonaise. Culinary adventurers might opt for the ''Wild Thing'' combo of alligator, buffalo, elk, ostrich, venison and wild boar. Once you've decided on the ingredients for your main course, the cooking method's up to you, as they strike up the cauldron and set you loose with the utensils. For dessert, nothing says sinful like a vat of thick, warm white or milk chocolate. Figure in a healthy dose of liqueur, and you've got the ideal dip to dunk just about anything.
