Former four-star chef Alain Giraud has partnered with Mike Garrett and Tommy Stoilkovich (Falcon, Voda) to open a quintessential French brasserie with a Santa Monica Farmer's Market-driven twist. Parisian-born Giraud traveled through France for design ideas and furnishings including antique mirrors, mosaic tiled floors, aged wood fixtures, and a zinc bar, which springboards aesthetically off the building's historic architecture. Dinner menu highlights include classic dishes like steak tartare, roast chicken and sweetbreads, plus seasonal offerings and separate menus for breakfast, lunch and late-night service.
