The Food
Tex-Mex and American classics. Keep it simple and you won't be disappointed. Go with the baby-back ribs or any of the burgers. The fajitas are rightfully popular, especially when combined with a few ''mugaritas.'' All of the sandwiches are worthwhile but the gooey Philly cheese steak may be the best offering off the list. The milkshakes are creamy, rich and, basically, meals in themselves. For a really decadent dessert, try the fudge brownie and vanilla ice cream.
The Scene
Fiesta meets sports bar. It's usually crowded and hectic with lots of families and teens out on dates. It's a great place for a relatively inexpensive meal but be prepared to wait (and wait some more) on Friday and Saturdays.
