You'll feel like you're in the Wild West when you enter this saloon-themed restaurant with wood-paneled walls and red tablecloths. Keep a stack of napkins handy for the grub, especially when digging into a tender full rack of baby back ribs, marinated for 24 hours in Sam's signature tangy barbecue sauce.
