Our traditional Cuban dish is prepared with tender pieces of roast pork, baked in it's own natural juices. Served with white rice, black beans and your choice of sweet plaintains or yucca.

Pieces of chicken cooked in moist saffron, rice, capers, onions, and green olives. Served with sweet plantains.
Bistec a lo Cubano
Tender juicy rib-eye steak marinated in the chef's own special sauce with fresh bell peppers and onions. Served with sweet plantains and cuban rice.
