Bites We Like
Apart from the usual tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas and salads, the camarones Charlie are wonderful--shrimp and rice sauteed in jalapenos, capers, wine and garlic.
Got Salsa?
The three salsas that appear at the table appeal to the mad scientist within. There's a mild, fruity tomatillo, a deeply flavored chile de arbol and vinegar, and a fiery red salsa that keeps you communing with your beer.
Margaritaville
Not the booziest around, nor do they come in all kinds of wacky flavors. Fiesta del Mar has a decent selection of tequilas for shots, some of them smooth as cognac (for these, eschew the lime and the salt; just belt it and exhale).
