Special occasions draw diners to this petite, historic spot that boasts fixed menus and a list of more than 230 international wines spanning France to South America. The house's four small dining rooms are private and graceful, with white-clothed tables perfect for two and an antique feel that reflects the history of the building, which was built in 1894. Chef Bruno Chemel's 12-course seasonal tasting menu takes the diner on a tour of the chef's abilities and includes decadent fare like foie gras and slow-roasted Mishima Ranch Kobe short ribs. For those with a more meager budget (the tasting menu is $120 per person), two prix fixe menus allow diners to choose a dish from each of three or four courses for $65 and $85 respectively.
