No sprouts, no avocado. East Coasters looking for the down-home flavors of authentic Philly cheesesteaks served ''Whiz with''--smothered in gooey Cheez Whiz, onions and peppers--have found their place. The small, modern eatery and bar lures hungry sports fans with eight- and 12-inch ribeye or chicken cheesesteaks, four beers on tap and a huge flat-screen TV. The mural-sized photo on the wall is of Boathouse Row on the Schuykill River, where owner and Philly native Jake Gillis used to row.
