For those craving authentic Thai cuisine, this friendly corner eatery really hits the spot. Inside, the two-tiered space is crisp and white, but on the table, color explodes in an array of rainbow-hued dishes. Appetizers range from sweet, crispy Mee Krob noodles to the tasty Bangkok Fresh Roll-- a sweet-and-sour rice paper stuffed with tofu and cucumber and topped with chilled shrimp and crab. The large selection of affordable Thai entrees (including classics like pad thai and chef recommendations like kaeng keaw wan--a spicy green curry with vegetables) will keep even the pickiest eaters happy. For dessert, try the sweet ripe mango with sticky rice and a glass of syrupy Thai iced tea.
