In Short
The dining room has lemon chiffon-colored walls, hung with modern art. Tables are set with black lacquered chopsticks and a decorative sushi mat. The extensive menu offers a variety of inventive takes on nigiri, maki and sashimi dishes. Shrimp tempura salad has baby greens dressed with sesame vinaigrette, and fried oysters give spicy tuna a piggyback ride. The Sumo roll--tuna, marinated shrimp, garlic and lemon soy sauce--highlights the long list of specialty rolls.
