I'm a huge fan of this place, I like the sherman oaks location more than the woodland hills because it has more a seclusive vibe. It hasn't changed one bit...read more

In Short
La Frite is a charming French cafe with patio dining, mullioned windows, sandblasted glass partitions and ceiling fans that stir the conversation of lunching ladies and casual Francophiles. The menu includes international favorites and Provencal cuisine like herb-encrusted baked Brie, crepes of ratatouille and cheese, and French onion soup. Grilled chicken breast, sided by carrots or signature shoelace ''frites,'' is sauced in whole-grain Dijon, lemon juice, and herbes de Provence. Grand Marnier souffle bids adieu to the meal.
