In Short The bulk of the menu is sandwiches and burgers, but chef Tim Klepeis tries to re-invent the obvious whenever possible. Hence, the (red) onion rings are breaded with the big, flaky Japanese panko breadcrumbs. Dinner entrees aim for gourmet seasonality, like broiled salmon in a blood orange and basil sauce. But look at what the regulars around you are ordering, and chances are it'll be more casual, homestyle diner fare.
