In Short
With its $100 caviar plates and $40 steaks, Osetra's menu reads like an exercise in expense account dining. Located in the heart of the Gaslamp, the restaurant is spread throughout two floors and includes an imposing wine tower that waiters scale using pulleys to retrieve hard-to-reach bottles. Exceptionally fresh seafood, much of which is flown in daily, dots the menu, with popular items including ahi tuna rolls, cilantro-crusted mahi mahi and three-pound tempura-style lobster.
