Prepared with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients and open to cultural influences, the expanded menu at Georges California Modern changes daily giving guests a dining experience that is without boundaries. Georges California Modern serves dinner nightly. Upstairs, George's Ocean Terrace offers the region's best rooftop dining with a casual bistro menu for lunch and dinner. Reservations are available.
