With the original Aqua al 2 in Florence, Italy, the Gaslamp's sister location boasts an identical menu and similarly themed ambiance. Rustic brickwork and candlelit tables serve as an authentic backdrop for ''creative Tuscan cuisine.'' The Assaggio di Primi is a house sampler of sorts; ideal for two, choose from antipasti to entrees for a total of five signature dishes. Of all menu items, be sure to choose hand carved fillet mignon with balsamic glaze.
