Serving San Diego since 1992, this popular Chinese eatery got an update in 1992 that transformed it from stuffy to casually elegant. The place is jammed with dim sum lovers on weekends when a parade of waitresses walks by with carts full of barbecued pork buns, sesame shrimp balls and potstickers.
