Stately arches and columns, polished hardwood floors and cherry furnishings lend a touch of elegance to this sophisticated dining room inspired by Tuscan architecture. A lively exhibition kitchen allows guests to view chefs preparing wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas, spit-roasted meats and grilled fish. Mesquite-grilled pork chops marinated in balsamic vinegar are the house specialty along with half moon pasta filled with lobster, ricotta and lemon chive sauce. Gelato and sorbets are popular dessert choices.
