Located in the space once occupied by Jade Theater, this contemporary restaurant features three distinct levels including a lounge area on the main floor, a mezzanine for more formal dining, and a basement nightclub (Submission) with a full bar, dance floor and custom-built DJ booth. Sleek black flooring, glass walls accented with stalks of bamboo, and sumptuous leather seats provide an exotic backdrop for diners feasting on Pacific Rim fusion cuisine. With a heavy emphais on Filipino dishes, menu specialties include pan-seared fish, seasoned pork with vegetables, and chicken simmered in coconut milk. Must-have desserts are banana crepes and rice pudding.
