Went with the Sashimi, which was good, but with that sort of thing it's pretty black & white. Their bento box was real disappointing though. If there's a...read more

The Scene
The decor is still evolving after two years. Recessed lighting, pall bare walls and lots of open space make for a peaceful and relaxing dining room. The crowd includes neighborhood townies, large Japanese families, singles or couples en route to a show.
The Menu
The sushi menu alone could provide bedtime reading for a month, but if you like your meals cooked, try teriyaki chicken or meat with veggies and egg over rice, pan fried noodles or masses of sukiyaki (noodles boiled in a kettle). Diners can also build a three-item combo, laid out like a flow chart with choice of entree, side and appetizer.
What to Have
The Godzilla roll is a favorite--deep-fried sesame chicken roll, topped with avocado and spicy mayo sauce. And don't leave without tasting tempura ice cream, which is sweeter than Kathie Lee and worth every calorie.
