In Short
Three or four nights a week, this restaurant serves elegant six-plus course meals for 50 guests in an intimate dining room. Half of the guests sit at the U-shaped bar, while others sit at smaller tables to watch Chef Randall Selland theatrically prepare dishes. The menu rotates weekly and features French-inspired American cuisine, like macaroni and cheese with poached Maine lobster, baby chives and wild turkey broth and duck breast with herb-poached foie gras.
