The Scene
A DJ spinning away, gallery-sized wall art, and comfy, brown leather and suede seating provide a sensual setting for those seeking to let loose a little after a hectic day in the East Bay. Servers are happy to help suggest a cocktail or two. While the restaurant is seemingly large and close table placement allows for maximum seating, reservations are nearly mandatory.
The Food
The fare is as luxurious as the decor, despite the small plate size, with favorites like foie gras with figs and grilled lobster tail standing out. Palates are sure to be pleased with dishes that span the globe, from guava babyback ribs to Tuscan pasta primavera. Drink options include more then 100 wine selections, 30 types of tequilas and an assortment of handcrafted cocktails. Boogie Brunch, a famous Sunday occurrence at the San Francisco Levende, is available at this location on Saturdays.
