In Short
A microscopic storefront cafe dominated by a mural of a nursing mother, owner Viet has a clear vision for his business: Every item on the small menu must meet his exacting specifications, from the organic soy milk and ginger-drenched soy curd--both of which he makes from scratch--to the bahn mi sandwiches, morning granola, fresh pennywort drink and rice paper rolls (veggie or shrimp/pork). French-style coffee is blended with fresh soy milk for a mellower caffeine kick.
