Walls covered with a kitsch collection of lanterns, clocks, kaleidoscopes and glass fish clutter this garage sale collector's paradise of a restaurant. A goldfish tank and bookcase partition the rows of wooden booths and benches filled with long-lingering diners. Sinatra and his contemporaries croon over the speakers while families and friends sift through menu maxims such as ''the crises of today is the joke of tomorrow'' to find Polish classics including pierogi, kotlet schabowy (breaded pork loin) and stuffed cabbage.
