In Short
Inside this sprawling boutique-hotel restaurant, property guests and visitors are welcomed by smiling faces ... and lush, earthy tones in deep reds and chocolates, warm golds and wheat. Chef Simon Dolinky's menu of seasonal, sustainably grown fare seems a fitting complement to the space's soft light and even softer music from somewhere above. Waiters attentively tend to the large room, bringing out starters like English pea ravioli with cippolini onions and butter sauce, and crispy fried local calamari. Entrees, prepared with an eye toward eco-conscious ideals and organic ingredients, range from seafood and pasta to roasted chicken with lightly sauteed dandelion greens and grilled natural ribeye steak.
