In Short
Exposed brick, bamboo, teak and polished concrete are punctuated with red light cylinders and a display of dramatic modern art. Sophisticated hot and cold Pan-Asian small plates balance the ying and the yang in a Zen-modern room. Lunch brings city workers and bankers, while dinner draws the urban hipsters of nearby downtown lofts. Starters include the papaya and tofu salad with lime-chili vinaigrette, and grilled meats with specially blended sauces like the filet mignon with a green-apple teriyaki sauce, and chicken tandoori skewers with a yogurt raita; signature dishes are the seafood ceviche, woked Mongolian beef, stir-fried wild mushrooms, and white jasmine and edamame rice.
