In Short
Westside tapas king Steve Arroyo (the original Cobras & Matadors, Cobra Lily) applied the small-plates concept to his former steakhouse. The menu isn't the only thing transformed; new decor includes jewel-toned accents and vintage photos, a contrast to Hillmont, where the vibe was more industrial-chic. The tapas-style offerings are enhanced by Mediterranean-influenced entrees. Unlike the original, the Eastside location also offers a full bar, including about 50 Spanish wines by the glass.
