In Short
Bruce Marder, the restaurateur behind Capo, Cafe Capo and Brentwood, has teamed up with longtime partners Martin Ziedler and Steven Wallace, who owns the venerable Wally's Wines, to create this hot spot bistro in the former Beach House space. Menu selections mix French and Californian cuisine styles, with items like Kobe-style burgers, lamb shank couscous and steak au poivre. There's also a wide selection of wines and a bar devoted to them.
