In Short
Chef-owner Giacomino Drago says the inspiration for this restaurant comes from the Italian movie classic ''Cinema Paradiso,'' but the vibe is distinctly Beverly Hills chic, with dark polished-wood paneling and dramatically lit modern art pieces. Drago makes the rounds at peak mealtimes, coddling the mature, local crowd. The menu relies on classic renditions of crowd-pleasing favorites, like burrata draped with olive oil and shredded arugula, and spaghetti tossed with basil and cherry tomatoes.
