In Short
Dark wainscoting, faux-marble walls and distressed tables fill an arched, airy space. Sepia photos of the old country remind patrons of the cafe's heritage. For starters, the fried calamari is a highlight: Lightly spiced baby squid presented with lemon wedges and crushed garlic marinara. Popular entrees include penne alla vodka with tomato-cream sauce and seafood risotto bursting with mussels, clams, scallops and squid. Light lemon- and allspice-tinged creme brulee is a favorite dessert.
Fabiolus Cafe features cuisine from the Italian region of Veneto, located in the northeast part of Italy. The restaurant is conveniently located near the Arclight Cinemas, the Pantages Theatre, the Palladium and the Kodak Theatre.
