In Short
Following the design of the adjacent Disney Concert Hall, this dining room blends dramatic flair with simple lines. Waves flow through wood-paneled walls, soft yellow lights twinkle along the ceiling and earth tones punctuate everything from leather banquettes to servers' tailored suits. The traditional American cuisine ascends with French accents on everything from the daily chef's choice and a la carte menu (pan roasted black cod, bone-in turbot and leeks) to the cheese and caviar carts. Coffee and tiramisu-ice cream parfait layered with peanut crumble and mascarpone offers a sweet end.
