Usually packed with industry types and families who don't mind having ''stinky'' celebrations, most folks start with Bagna calda--spreadable cloves in butter, served in a skillet, with warm rolls. Entree options include garlic-infused game, seafood and house-specialty prime rib, with garlic mashed potatoes on the side. For dessert, garlic ice cream (yes, that's right) completes the clove-friendly theme. There's also tiramisu, one of the menu's only garlic-free options.
