Eclectic, seasonal cuisine is the focus here. The chef shops farmer's markets for the best of what's fresh and available to be served in the farmhouse-chic interior. The playful menu features salads named ''Strawberry Fields'' and ''Julio Caesar.'' But the customer favorite is the gourmet take on chicken and waffles; the ''Demon Lover'' (or vegetarian ''Seitan Lover'') is a spicy buttermilk-fried chicken paillard served with a buttermilk waffle and old-fashioned cream onion gravy.
