two flavors of ice cream atop a layer of dark chocolate cake adorned with delicate swirls of chocolate. (small - serves 2-4, medium - serves 6-8, large - serves 10-12).
Mini Bombes
individual sized ice cream bombes for one served in little paper cups.
Fluted Extra Large Bombe
our special order bombe featuring up to 3 layers of ice cream on top of chocolate or chiffon cake. this one serves 14-16 people! four days advance notice required. please call to discuss flavors.

Bon Bons
ici's bon bons are bite sized squares of ice cream, hand dipped in bittersweet chocolate served in individual cups. perfect for parties, passed at buffets, or to end a dinner.

ici's ice cream is sandwiched between delicately thin cookies and individually wrapped. call to hear about what flavors we are serving today.

(pronounced "draw-zhay") toasted organic almonds, coated in a crunchy caramel, then enrobed in bittersweet chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder.

organic citrus peels dusted with sugar.

based on classic peanut brittle, these are sweet and crunchy with a hint of salt. made in many flavors like rosemary-pine nut, cinnamon-pecan, cashew-orange, hazelnut-cocoa nib & traditional peanut.

passionfruit and candied orange ice creams atop a layer of chiffon cake, covered with a cloud of delicate meringue. at home the meringue gets browned in a hot oven like a toasted marshmallow. a classic dessert and a customer favorite! serves 2-4, 6-8, 10-12.

In Short
Baby pink decor and gray-veined marble set the stage for this indulgent sweet shop. While prettily-tied packages of candies and meringues are attractively stacked, ice cream is the star. Chocolate and vanilla are standard among each day's 10 featured flavors, but fresh market scoops such as black mission fig and Meyer lemon attract lines out the door. Appropriately named, bombes are big enough to serve four or more.
