Sam's Texas Style Chili $6.95
An all meat chili that's Texas, ya'll and yes, it's hot! Homemade and slow cooked with onions, tomatoes and plenty of spices (and a few Habanero peppers). Served with cheddar cheese and onions.
Uncle Sammy's "A.V." Sauce $0.50
We blend our homemade hot wing sauce with just the right amount of pure habanero heat to create this Very Hot sauce. Consume at your own risk! Side of "A.V."
BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich $8.95
Thin sliced, tender beef brisket, smothered in our homemade BBQ sauce and served with cheddar cheese.
Burgers $8.50 - $9.50
Our half-pound burgers are served on our freshly baked Focaccia Beer bread and include 1000 Island dressing, lettuce, tomato, onion and seasoned fries. The Stinky burger has melted Gorgonzola cheese and mayo instead of 1000 Island.

Kid Strips $5.95
A child size portion of white breast meat chicken strips. Served with fries and ranch.
Kid Corn Dog and Fries $4.95
Featuring an all beef dog. Breaded in a special honey batter, served on a stick with fries and mustard.

Featuring Lengthwise Draft Root Beer, made on premises, and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Crude Beer Float $5.95
A pint of Kern County Crude Porter sharing space with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. (Sorry kids, adults only!)
Deep Fried Twinkies with Ice Cream $7.95
We had to do it! Three Twinkies lightly fried and topped with our maple and cinnamon syrup, served with a cold scoop of vanilla.
