In Short
Offering a different slant on the typical all-you-can-eat meal, this Brazilian-style steakhouse serves patrons ''Rodizio'' style. Diners pay a fixed price, then knife-wielding--though friendly--waiters in authentic gaucho garb carve slow-roasted meats tableside. A double-sided chip is used to signal to the waiters if you're finished (green for go, red for stop). A vast salad bar is also included. Soaring cathedral ceilings and a large dining room are made more intimate by the rock-lined walls and dark wood accents.
