In Short
This create-your-own-meal restaurant offers a wide variety of culinary tastes. A buffet of fresh vegetables, meats, seafood and noodles surround a huge circular grill. Diners fill bowls with their personal selections from the buffet and send them off to be grilled by a chef while they watch. Ten different sauces are available, providing endless flavor possibilities, especially for the most adventurous patrons. Salad and sides or rice and tortillas accompany each meal.
