This dramatic-looking restaurant is the perfect spot for a birthday or anniversary celebration, as well as a romantic tryst. Southwestern roots emerge, but signature dishes remain constant, like the lobster Napoleon appetizer (Maine lobster mixed with boursin cheese and served on a crispy wonton with chervil beurre blanc).
