Spinach Herb Burger
A delightfully unique veggie burger made of spinach, parsley, cilantro, fenugreek, chives and dill weed, walnuts, whole wheat flour and Persian spices. Accented by sauteed onions, garlic, tomatoes, and feta cheese and cugurt sauce on top of rice. Served with almond-raisin-saffron mix and a cup of black bean soup.
