cheuvront cheeses are flown in from around the world and aged to their peak of flavour. cheese plates are accompanied with dried and fresh fruits, nuts and lahvosh.

choice of two fabrique delices pates served with a side of greens, cornichons and sliced baguettes. flavours include; goose mousse supreme, pate au campagne with cognac, mousse de canard, mousse truffle, duck and pork galantine with pistachios.

The high ceilings and sleek metallic accents of state Senator Ken Cheuvront's gathering spot harmonize with the professionals peppering its tables and couches. In the Genie Room--where a sheer curtain shrouds each table--couples whisper over a wine list teeming with descriptive notes. The staff also suggests wines to complement the appetizers and desserts.
