Chef Erasmo ''Razz'' Kamnitzer and his namesake restaurant are as popular for food as they are for personality. This restaurant (hidden away in a strip mall) is warm and inviting thanks to abundant artwork, vibrant colors and the occasional well-placed antique. This half-Venezuelan, half-German former vegetarian is all over the map with Chinese-inspired crunchy duck cakes and curry-spiked calamari. His most popular dish may be the signature bah mie goreng--an Indonesian noodle concoction.
