Housed in a silvery box of a building that's neon-lit outside and princess pink within, it's a far cry from a down and dirty 'cue joint. But owner Roger Wagner knows what it takes to make a man's man happy when it comes to barbecue and all the fixings. He slow-smokes St. Louis-cut spareribs, beef, ham, pork, chicken, catfish and just about anything else to finger-licking goodness. Everything is made in-house, including the tempura veggie appetizers, the cornbread, baked beans and potato salad.
